bring on the sunshine...please?

Monday, Monday...

Whatta weekend....Saturday was gorgeous, Sunday...not so much.

Wanted to share my Echo Park card...love their stuff...the colors are sooo fun and happy!

This is pure Echo Park {minus the pearls...}. Why yes, I did fussy cut those scallops out...it was part of the "border strip" sheet. Check out the orange stitching...vintage thread my friends....the spool is styrofoam but it is priced at $0.15!!!!

I was inspired by CPS169....

I'm chuckling as I type this up...I didn't realize I did the sketch upside down until I uploaded the actual sketch. I print out sketches and have them willy nilly on work top....bahaha...oh well, it isn't uncommon for me to rotate a sketch.

Have a super week peeps!

I love that banner! Very cool.

So funny how you discovered that you rotated the sketch only when you uploaded the original sketch!

  11. HA! i'm totally chuckling b/c i have DONE THAT with the printed sketches...when they have no text on them (which...why??!?! sorry, off the track there!) it's easy to rotate without even realizing! :)

of course i really cannot envisage a scenario in which THIS sketch, those papers and the amazing ~amy~ eye would not combine into sheer gorgeousness...a thesis which is illustrated nicely by your ♥fabbbbbb♥ card!!!
