rustic happy holidays...

I'm on a Christmas card streak:

So do you see that big round ivory panel?  That is felt...thick felt that has been made into an ornament.  I embellished it with a Making Memories Rosette and an adhesive tag by Echo Park Paper.  I haven't bought anything new for the holidays so I'm happy to say that all the paper is ala scraps...something that I don't tend to do.  I recycle all my scraps to my friend Laurel.  She truly appreciates them and I'm just glad they get used.

Speaking of scraps, there are a couple challenges out there to create Christmas Cards with scraps:

Shopping Our Stash Weekly Challenge Badge

It's my first time playing at SOS, here's the challenge:

We are asking you to create something related to Christmas OR Winter- super easy!

Also, Crafty Contagion has a fun challenge:

LEFTOVERS!
Hopefully you have some stored up in your refrigerator after Thursday's feast, but on a card - use some scraps!

My design was inspired by the Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger:

I was inspired by:

various shades of red
wood tones
textures

Anybody planning on going?!  I'll be shopping on Saturday morning!  Let me know if you plan on going!!!!

Another wonderful christmas card. I bet you are close to being done with yours while mine are barely started. Thinking I might purchase some this year to send out.
I tend to trash all my scraps both big and small pieces.
