Blog Extravaganza: Day Three!

Welcome to Day Three of my Blog Extravaganza!

Once a year, during the week of my birthday, I try to take a 'bloggie break'.  What I've also been doing is sharing some goodness with my fab readers and supporters.

{insert a tidbit:  I'm going to try my best to not type:   golb ydnac <<-- read it backwards...why?  because I know there are some people that just surf for specifically that and quite frankly, I want to keep this to my true readers, kwim?}

I gotta tell you, I've been trying to soak up the copic talents of all you gals and I've actually come to enjoy coloring 'humans'...something that I use to cringe at.

So, with that, my offering today is the super a-dorable

Tooth Fairy Klara!

{Please note this is a photopolymer set NOT digi}

Isn't she sooo stinkin' cute?

Here's my first Tooth Fairy Klara card that I designed when I joined Jane's Doodles....and here's another one that I posted a couple weeks ago.  Jane's images are wonderfully sized to both color AND paper piece.

So here's the deal, being a follower of my blog would be mighty nice but not a requirement....link up below and I'll draw the winner on Monday, August 13th.

For extra brownie points, answer this question:

Which do you prefer clear, wood mounted, unmounted or digi:

my answer:  clear
{although I do have a ton of wood mounted still}

  2. Definitely clear for me. Digi is my least favorite. Don't worry about getting me in the draw for this one, I already have and LOVE Klara!

  6. or *stamp* and I obviously know how to hit the space bar at the WRONG time ;)

  7. Well I prefer wood but like clear so I can clearly see where I am stamping.

  8. wow you are totally spoiling us...My favorite is clear...

  9. I like rubber cling, but clear just makes my life easier. I love the crispness of rubber, though. I'm torn, really. LOL!

  10. I prefer clear, as I can see where the image will actually stamp. I have tons of digital images, and I sheepishly admit that I've only used a few of them in my card creations. They are wonderful, but I need something "physical" to create with ... kind of like a paper book vs. a kindle - I like the real thing. :0)

  11. I have NO coloring skills whatsoever.....totally afraid of coloring people. ;) I love all stamps, I'm afraid. Do love clear stamps when they stamp well!

  13. I finally got caught up, Amy! I don't know what is going on, but I did miss some posts. I actually like both clear and wood , some for different reasons. I thought I would like the clear the best, but fiddling with the blocks and having to clean them all the time is the pits. Too, the long skinny words never seem to sit right and the tiny ones are so easily lost. but they are easy to store! Now how long will they last? Have a wonderful Tuesday!

  14. First - big congrats Amy! And I'm a clear girl too - but I LOVE my woodmounted HA bg stamps too!
    Hugs, Karin

  16. Sorry my pic is so blurry! It wouldn't let me select the non-blurry version!

    I soooooo love that tooth fairy!! I think it would be cool to teach Braeden to Copic color her!!

    I really do like clear stamps for the ability to see where you're placing them. I have soooo many wood mounted! Oh, and quite a few unmounted Bella stamps and GinaK stamps, but clear ones are awesome. Digi? I'm rather a Photoshop/Illustrator guru and yet haven't really used digi ones. I work on a computer AAAAALLLLL day and my eyes and hands just kinda need a break from computers at night!

  17. I LOVE wood mounted stamps. I have no idea why because clear is so much easier, cheaper, and stores better. I'm weird that way!!!

  18. I totally agree with you... clear stamps are the best! :)

  19. I will always love wood mounted stamps but clear stamps have so many more advantages.

  23. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to one of the sweetest bloggers on the planet!!!!

  24. Ooh, I'm not sure. I used wood mounted, clear, and cling. I think i prefer clear, because I can see what I'm doing. It took a long time for me to move from wood-mounted, so I still have a soft spot for them. :-)

  25. Hmm. Clear is easier to line up. Wood feels lovely. Digi- never feels like stamping to me!!!

  26. love, that image!! and oh, the fun you've been having while i've been gone! love your work girl!! hope your birthday bash is fab!! xoxoxo oh, and i have to say i'm mostly in love with clear...but i do love them all!

  27. it depends... for big backgrounds, it's sometimes nice to have woodmounted, but the majority of stamps i own are clear :D

  28. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
    I have to say clear stamps because I can see just where they go. Like you I have a ton of wooden ones. I haven't tried digi ones yet. Not really sure how they work. Where to save, etc.

  29. Unmounted on EZ-mount or Clear.

  30. I love clear but unfortunately I do not have a "stampamagig thingy" so I have not invested much in wood mounted stamps eventhough I love the images they create.

  31. Super cute image, LOVE clear stamps. Thank you for all the chances to win some cool things. this is fun.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I also love clear stamps the most. In fact, I never could use alpha stamps until they finally came out with clear stamps! No matter what I did before that, I could not get them straight. Thanks for the opportunity to win this adorable stamp set!

  33. Clear because I like to see where I am stamping, but digi is a close second because I like being able to resize and flip! Rubber leaves the best stamped image so if I go that route I like cling. I too have a ton of wood mounted but I really need to purge because I rarely use them - can't remember the last time!
    Is it okay to like all types of stamps???!!!

    ReplyDelete
  34. CLEAR!!!! :) (I haven't gotten rid of the wood ones though!!)

    ReplyDelete
  35. I prefer clear too :) I need to see where I'm stamping. It makes messing up all the more devastating! lol

  36. Incidentally I'm brushing up on my Copic colouring skills too...*high fives*

    I like digis for images. Clear for text.

  37. My like clear b/c I can see where I'm stamping but I love how the rubber stamps.
