EAD Designs Blog Hop: trick or treat!

Hello and Welcome to the EAD Designs Blog Hop!
{it officially starts at 7 am Pacific}

You should have arrived here from Spectacular Shellye's blog

If not, you'll want to start at the beginning of the hop which is the EAD Designs Blog!   Remember that every week there is a give-a-way...all you have to do is hop along with us and leave comments.

Thanks to Wendi for guesting with us this month...we LOVED having your craftiness!!!

A ginormous big birthday shout out to my EAD Designs Teamie Julie Ranae!   Happy Happy Birthday my Friend!!!!!

I haven't shared a non-card project in awhile...so here you go:

I'm a huge fan of the pillow box and the use of non-traditional colors for holidays.

The belly band is Echo Park, the polaroid is Dear Lizzy.

I managed to stuff 3 of those squares into the pillow box...definitely my FAV Ghirardelli's.

I used 2 different EAD Stickerz sets:

and

Can I share a Halloween story?  One of my favorite costumes was when the boy was dressed up as Elvis....my good friend that is a scientist and a whipper snapper with the sewing machine took a set of white sweats and made them scream elvis....complete with the stand up collar and flaired legs...hilarious!  The boy walked around with a karaoke machine that was playing Elvis' greatest hits.  I gotta dig up that pic and share!

Okay, now hippety hop over to Jenn's blog:

  9. Yes, I totally want to see the photos of that Elvis costume! Sounds fabulous! And LOVE your pillow box, Amy! Would so love to receive a treat like that. Love the fun frame and love the belly band treatment. I really like how the paper is cut to look like two different prints on either side of the frame. That's very eye catching!
