Paper Made Bakery: Old School

Can you believe it is the last day of September?

Where have the weeks gone?

Even though the Paper Made Bakery

Old School Kit

is sold out....

I wanted to do a re-cap of the projects I designed with this fun kit!

First up is an altered note pad:

Definitely a fun gift to give because who doesn't need note paper?  Okay, perhaps you're one of those people that jot your lists/notes in your phone, and I have been doing that with my grocery lists but there are times when good old fashioned pen and paper are thee best!

I used what is probably my most fav paper out of the Cosmo Cricket 2WENTY-THR3E...love the pops of Pink!

This next project was inspired by Valerie...

Everything is from the kit except the pearl and the Resin Flower {that's actually from the August kit!}...I need to use that PTI doily die more often...love the details...hate the mess.

Clean and Crisp seems to be my go-to style...

Come to think of it...I believe the stitching through the alphas is something that I picked up from Valerie too!  I tell you, she's one gal that is chock full of talent...how can you NOT be inspired by her!

I like to throw in non-card projects and those that know me know that I love mason jars:

They are a perfect gift vessel..add a kitchen towel, a tag and bam, you're done....P.S. notice the use of the butterfly negative from the pocket card above.

This is the latest project using the Old School kit:

Such an unexpected color combo...

Grey & Mustard

Love the elegance.

So there you have it....Get ready for the new kit hop!
