Hello!

It's Day 4 of the Let's Get Trendy Now 3 Workshop!

How did you enjoy Handmade Embellishment day?

Remember, this time we've added a TON of fabulous guest designers:

Over the course of this week, we will be featuring a different trend!

Here are some sneak peeks:

Today we are featuring

This one is right up my alley.  It is something that I do on a regular basis, at least machine stitching:

I'm a big fan of colored thread...it is an easy way to add more color and interest onto your project.  This particular thread that I used on my card is vintage, on a wooden spool...love it:)

Here's a close up of the birthday banner...young or old...banners are for everyone!

Gotta love that cute fox and everything is from the same collection, October Afternoon's Cake Walk.

Did you happen to catch the other stitching?  It is on the bottom of the card, zig zags.

I hope that you'll join in the fun!

Pop on over to the Let's Get Trendy Now blog for tips and more information regarding today's trend!  Don't forget that we have a super sponsor today too!

Brilliant to a) used stitching as your banner-base and b) leave the threads 'hanging.' Love this foxy little card!

Love your banner and the stitching. You are the one who got me to try it on a card. I don't do it as often as I should on cards I do it more on scrapbook layouts and altered books.
