peace & coffee.

So, hopefully I'm in mass production mode today...I need to whip out the Holiday cards.  Sunday is set aside for addressing the cards and getting them ready to be dropped off at the post office!

I did squeeze in time to make this card, although not in mass quantities, just one.  I actually had 4 failed attempts:

I covered a white panel with Mango Gelato.  Originally I was using water and a paintbrush to move the color around.  I ended up just using my fingers.  I did random hits of Gold Champagne Gelato to darken the color a smidge.  The Paper Smooches sentiment and coffee mug have been heat embossed (prior to the gelato'ing).  I did some dots by pen for coffee steam.

I was inspired by the Paper Smooches

I was inspired by

the colors
the silhouettes

It's always a good day when I can create a java inspired card!

Love your card and the fact that you used Gelato's on it!
I am still deciding if I am sending cards this year or not. I bought a box just in case.
