golly gee golly

Hello and Happy Saturday!

My girl and I returned home late last night from a whirlwind trip to NY!  I'll share pics, hopefully tomorrow...the camera has been kidnapped by the girl and I don't dare try to find it in her room!

So that being said, today's pictures were taken with my iPhone so sorry in advance.

Break out those sunglasses, this is a bright one:

I wish that you could see the Hero Arts Lotus Pattern on the hot pink base panel....I smooshed ( < --- technical term) Morocco Memento Luxe onto it...I'm a HUGE fan of pink/orange.  That orange houndstooth journal card....I've been hoarding that American Crafts paper...love it.  The flip side is that awesome hot pink.

Digging around in my stash, I found that American Crafts Bits tag...seriously, you gotta love that sentiment!  I made a faux vellum pocket on the houndstooth panel to house the tag.  Faux?  Truthfully, the bottom isn't secured down...the sides yes, via a flap and washi, but not the bottom....

I used Divine Twine's Solid Deep Pink on the tag...and the bloom.... BoBunny...I scored on a pack of 6 for $2.50!

I'm hooked on Taheerah's challenges:

Always love Lisa's sketches

Yahoo for Teri getting me to use my stencil!

Moxie Fab World

wahoo!  3 challenges for a card that I whipped together this morning...bloggin' live!
