Chickaniddy: August

I wanted to share my August Chickaniddy projects on my blog.

My first project assignment was

Back to School

This card that reminds me of a fancier note that you'd pass to your school crush:

Supplies:  Date Night Paper (DN14OS08, DN14OS07)  Date Night Stickers (DN14EB02)  Enamel Hearts (DN14EB07)

All the papers are from the Date Night Collection.  Love the Chickaniddy enamel hearts and quite frankly, I hoard them much too much!

That clip is vintage Making Memories.  I used the Reverse Confetti Office Edges Confetti Cuts for the lined layer.

Next up is a card inspired by the August sketch:

Layers make me a happy crafter:

Supplies:  Date Night Paper (DN14OS08, DN14OS12) Twirly Girly Paper (TG14OS07) Twirly Girly Stickers (TG14EB02)

I love the addition of cork to my projects.  It's such a nice way to add texture.  I used the Reverse Confetti Double Edge Scallop Border Confetti Cut.

Don't you love those stacking tea cups?

Thanks so much for stoppin' by!

Fabulous cards, Amy, I love the first one and your comments about it. I dare say the things we scribbled to someone were not as nice as this card! Love the second one as well. You are certainly enjoying your crafting as it shows in your work. Happy Monday!
