Curtain Call Totally Tassel Reminder: you make my heart skip a beet

Post 2 of 2 for today....click HERE for my Fusion Card Challenge post.

There is still time to join us for the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge!

You have until May 25th at 8:00 AM CDT to be inspired and share your project!

So much fun, eh?!  I already gave it to Darin and he loved it!  We have a mutual love of beets...you either love them or think they are disgusting...LOL.  Have you tried the Trader Joe's Beet Salad?  It's delish!

We have a wonderful returning sponsor, Newton's Nook, for the Curtain Call Inspiration: Totally Tassel!  A randomly selected participant in this challenge will receive a $30 gift certificate to use at Newton's Nook while the LEAD will be invited as a Guest Designer in a future challenge!

I used the adorable

Granted, there are no tassels on my card, but I incorporated the colors from the inspiration photo into my card.  I even splatted a bunch of gold Hero Arts Color Ink Spray.  I was so excited when I bought that bottle at Impress but have been hoarding it for so long!

cardstock:  stampin' up pear pizazz, strathmore watercolor  stamps:  newton's nook/vegetable medley  ink:  ranger/archival/black,  distress markers, hero arts gold color ink spray  other:  misc washi,  stampin' up deco labels framelits die

I was also inspired by the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge:
