happy mother's day!!!

Hello and Happy Mother's Day to all the Momma's, Aunties, Grandmother's, Sister's.....I received an awesome bouquet from my sweet girl:

She even picked up a bouquet for her grandmother, my Momma.  So SWEET.  I feel so lucky and blessed to have my 2 kids!

I have a card to share with you!

cardstock:  stampin' up crisp cantaloupe, grey from stampin' up calypso coral celebration basics add on kit, papertrey ink vellum  stamps:  stampin' up adventure awaits/dotty angles  ink:  stampin' up white embossing powder, misc clear embossing powder  other:  stampin' up tiny triangles embossing folder, stampin' up banner framelits, stampin' up deco labels framelits,

I'm smitten with Crisp Cantaloupe from Stampin' Up!  {shaking my head} I can't believe they are retiring that color!

Inspired by the new TGIF challenges:

..and Colour me!

My card is (almost) SU only!  Everything except for the clear embossing powder is from Stampin' Up!  If you haven't checked out their photopolymer stamps, I highly recommend them!

Adventure Awaits (photopolymer)

Dotty Angles (photopolymer)

I'm excited for the new Stampin' Up Catty!

I'm hoping to stay home and craft all day, how about you?

You have worked monochromatic magic with this card, the vellum is just perfection, I would never of thought to use vellum that way.

Beautiful bouquet, Amy, your kids rock!
Love that SU stamp set... great fonts and words too. Plus, they are big enough to be the star on a card. Your card is gorgeous, and just your style with that Cantaloupe color.
I guess I'll now have to join the new TGIF challenge :). Thanks for sharing.

Oh my...a swoon-inducing bouquet from your daughter! Stunning, heart-warming and touching! Your card: gorgeous...the road less traveled is one of my favourite poems, which is why I quit 'teaching' it, but just let the students 'enjoy' it...
