WHEW!  Now onto the projects!  Today I'm sharing a couple cards.  Here's my first card:

This is a combo of the Main Kit (the stars), City Skyline Fancy Die + Magical Nights Messages.

I love how the sky turned out...messy but not too messy.  I splattered white paint onto it.  The City Skyline is awesome, love the detail work, don't you?

Up next is a clean + simple card that is made exclusively with stamps from December's kit:

Although you can't really tell by my photo, the sand dunes have been quickly watercolored.  The camel has been stamped with Pumpkin Pie Mid-Tone Shadow ink and die cut.  He's been popped up on foam dimensionals.  The camel silhouette images have been masked so that I only included what would 'fit' into my design.

This type of card would be a great masculine card.

Before you go, I did want to share a project that I made especially for a Countdown to Creativity post:

Yes, it's a large contrast to today's card, isn't it?  That was the main reason I went super clean + simple for today's project.

That's it for me today...I can't wait to hop around and check out how everyone was inspired.  Next up is the awesome Janette Kausen!

In case you get lost along the way, here's the hop listing:

Love both of these cards. I wanted all the add ons as usual but had to choose just some. The skyline was one of them. The minarets remind me of the Blue Mosque in Istanbul.

Amy - well that sky is amazing in your first design, then you demonstrate to us crafty followers how to create a simple line card design and finally you used a combination of the two. Can I be in your head for a day some time please. :O)

Oh, these are lovely. I think the duochrome camel one is particularly striking, which surprised me, since this kit just screams bold jewel tones to me. So thank you for thinking outside the box, because that helps me do so as well!

What a gorgeous night sky! That skyline die is amazing!! I was looking for the second piece of the die for the foreground, but then I slowly caught on that it was an optical illusion from the genius design of the die... love it!!
