from you know whoo

Today is the first Get Sketchy Challenge sponsored by Crop Suey!!!!

Check out GS#1 sketch...isn't it fabulous? A big woot woot to Dora!

You're not surprised that my card has an owlie on it, are you?!!! Well, I wanted to do a huge shout out to Piali!! She was a huge sweetie pie for sending me this adorable stamp set by Sandylion. Piali also sent me the most fabbie card too...I'll share that next week :)

I decided to paper piece the owl's belly with some Stampin' Up Ginger Blossom dp. You probably can't tell by the photos but I did use my glittery black Marvy Twinklette pen on her eyeliner..a gal has to have glittery eyeliner :)

All the patterned paper is Jillibean...the white rub on is Basic Grey. I had such fun with this sketch!

I hope that you'll join us in Get Sketchy's first challenge!! You gotta check out the other DT member's take on the challenge....I love this group of gals. Everyone's take is sooo different AND gorgeous!!!

P.S. I've been kind of quiet out there in blog comment land...more on that later but just wanted to let you know that I'm mostly lurking this week :)
