Today is thee day!!!

Sweet Stamp Shop March Release #2

Make sure that you pop over to the Sweet blog for more inspiration!

Let's do this:

Seriously, how cute is she?

I inked her up with Memento Tuxedo and stamped her onto wool felt:

I combined her with the Sweet Stamp Shop

The Kitty Cat accessories fit PERFECTLY in the film strip, dontcha think?  I heat embossed the film strip and then used Memento Tuxedo for the accessories.

TIP:  Think of different supplies to use with your stamps, felt is a great way to add awesome texture to your projects!

Next up

I had fun with my distress inks!

I die cut a tag, loaded it up with water and then dropped some mowed lawn and picked raspberry distress ink on it.

See that button?  All the way from Croatia...thanks Jane!

TIP:  Use what you have, the card base from this card and the Kitty Cat card were from my stash.  I got them from an Impress Grab bag.  You never know what you'll find when you dig into your stash!

Last but not least, my FAV set from this release:

oh, the possibilities, eh?

You had to know what direction I was going with on this set:

um yeah, it seems that I can't get enough of the mowed lawn distress ink!  That solid green panel, while it might look like turf, it is green cork!

The coffee ring?  It was from MY coffee cup that I was sporting the day that I made this card....seriously.  I dunked the bottom into my embossing ink pad and clear embossed in on the journal card...I then loaded it up with Distress Stains and finished it off with drops of water.

TIP:  I'm a big fan of using household products in my crafting and what better way than to incorporate my love of coffee!

I love the movement & texture on this card!

That's what I have for you today!  Remember to pop over to the Sweet Stamp Shop blog because it is literally chock full of eye candy!

I MUST have that cat. Never enough cat stamps, dies, cats! LOL. So adorbs (have a love-hate relationship with that term. But seems to fit when talking about small furry creatures). That cork is awesome and I am going to try that out. Love the dimension-- have the mowed lawn in stain, a ton of unopened cork under my desk. You're rocking the sweet stamp shop and thanks to you my wish list from them is like every product. Thanks, Amy!! ;)
