sea you again

I'm such a fan of Create a Smile Stamps and wanted to play again with the Sending Sunshine Kit:

cardstock:  bazzill marshmallow  stamps:  create a smile/sending sunshine  ink:  ranger archival black  other:  mft peek a boo trio, studio calico wood veneer stars, kuretake gansai tambi

That jelly fish cracks me up...love him.  This is actually take 2 of a card...I painted messy waves on the Peek a Boo Trio die cut and did some masking and eyeballing to get the images in the right place-ish.   Really love how this turned out.

So this is my first try and although I love the design....I wasn't loving the blue watercoloring....it  didn't sit right with me and then I didn't know if I should stay inside the stitched border or venture outside of it < ---  what do you do?

cardstock:  recollections/110, bazzill marshmallow  stamps:  create a smile/sending sunshine  ink:  ranger archival black  other:  pretty pink posh/stitched duo 2, kuretake gansi tambi

I so love the rainbow watercolored jelly fish...they make me smile and evidently the red one is really blushing (wink).

I was thoroughly inspired by the current CASology:

A big shout out to my (ex) Mother-in-Law who celebrates her 89th birthday today!  I picked up some fresh fruit to pop into a ceramic berry basket along with a container of beautiful pastel macaroons from the local farmers market.  How lucky am I that I still have been able to keep my friendships with both my (ex) Mother-in-Law and (ex-step) Mother-in-law.  Both women are fabulous.
