January Flavor of the Month Blog Hop | Scrapping for Less

Have you been following all the fun on the Scrapping for Less blog?!  The new January Flavor of the Month Card Kit is now available and you're going to go perky over it!

Here's a bit about the kit from Teresa of Scrapping For Less:

Let’s “Perk Up and Start the New Year” with our January Flavor of the Month kit. I have a little story to tell…I never drank coffee until I retired about 6 years ago from teaching school…cause who wants a cold cup of what is supposed to be hot coffee? So now…with my wonderful flavored creamer, I enjoy a cup of coffee every morning and especially love drinking my coffee while watching crafty videos on YouTube…so sit back and take a look at our Coffee themed FOTM blog hop this month. If you have not already snagged your kit please head over to the Flavor of the Month page and scroll down to choose the level of kit you would like! Make sure you head to the website to check out the rafflecopter as well to enter to win a prize!

You should have arrived here from Desiree's blog.  If not, start at the beginning which is the Scrapping for Less blog!

I had so much fun, check out all the projects I created for this hop:

Seriously, what's not to love about all that caffeinated goodness?!  Let's chat about each of my projects.

First up is Collection One: This one features the Humming Along stamp set by Scrapping for Less.

I absolutely adore that sentiment, so fun + clever.  I combined the Coffee Time paper by Scrapping for Less with a die cut from a Starbucks coffee sleeve.  The sketch is Mojo Monday #359 and you can view it on the Scrapping for Less blog.  What a fun way to show off the gorgeous paper.

Next is Collection Two, featuring Love, Coffee and Donuts paper by Scrapping for Less and Newton's Donut stamp set by Newton's Nook Designs:

I think this is my favorite project out of the batch of cards.  I had fun coloring Newton.  Plaid, I love that plaid!  Do you see that background?  I made it out of bubble wrap.

Collection Three contains Coffee and Friends paper by Scrapping for Less and the Coffee Break Marci stamp set by LaLa Land.

I wasn't originally planning on designing a shaker card but it worked out that way.  Such a fun sequin mix.

Collection Four features Coffee paper by Echo Park and Brew It Anya stamp set by The Greeting Farm:

I snuck in the MFT Sunray stencil that is available in the Scrapping for Less shop.  This Anya is so much fun to color, the possibilities are endless!

Banana Split  contains the Melting Snowman stamp set by Your Next Stamp exclusively made for Scrapping for Less.

I had so much fun with that one.  Do you notice the recurring color combo?  I'm loving that blue and khaki combo.

That's it for me, I want to give a big shout out to Teresa of Scrapping for Less for inviting me!  Next on the hop is my friend Kimberly!

I absolutely love your cards and bringing in the Starbuck's wrap and bubble wrap were brilliant. I'll have to remember to think outside the more more - it really can become a wonderful addition to a card. Thank you for the inspiration!
