Christmas Coffee Trio | Lil' Inker Designs

So this is what happens when I start cleaning my craft room.  I found 1 sheet of this reversible (vintage) The Girls' Paperie - Tinsel & Twig.  It was literally torn but instead of finishing up my cleaning job, I started a card trio.

There's something about kraft, red + black.  Honestly, anything caffeinated is a good design (wink).  I used the Lil' Inker Designs Coffee Talk 2 die set and the sentiments are from the Oh Deer Christmas Stamp set.

The best part, they'll postal friendly!  No foam adhesive or bumps.

There's a bit of nordic feel don't you think?  Super clean + crisp.

Pumpkin Spice

Hello and Happy Sunday!  Yesterday I left the house around 8 am and got home around 10:30 pm.  Super fun filled day, that started with a crafty day.  Here's my Make 'n Take that I brought:

Some of you recognize some of the items in my project.  I just picked up the sentiment and thin stripe border stamps are from Impress.  I used following Catherine Pooler inks for the plaid:

The orange cardstock is a cut apart Memory Box note card combined with Stampin' Up Chocolate Chip cardstock.  The dies are Lil' Inker Designs' Coffee Talk 2 and Kat Scrappiness' Wonky Wavy Stitched Rectangle Dies.

The Spectrum Noirs are new to me.  Trying them out with the MnT.  Will generally use them for MnT of if I need any extra filler colors when copic coloring at home.

Such a fun group of friends!  We loved having Cherrie (center/bottom) join us for the first time.  There's always a ton of laughing, crafting, eating at these events.  I (surprisingly) managed to complete 5 make 'n takes...that wasn't even all the ones that were available.  I ran out of time!

I ended my evening with my non-crafty group of friends, having dinner and getting home late (for a girl that wakes up at 3 am!).

Today is a 3k walk benefiting pediatric brain tumor research.  I hope that you're having a great weekend!

Isn't it so much fun?!!!!  Here's how I was inspired:

I started off with the gorgeous Pointelle Cover Up Die.  Isn't it WOW?!  

The fun Super Coffee has been stamped and colored with alcohol markers.  I knew that she had to have a pink cape!

This little stamp & die set packs a punch.  So many fun sentiments.  I might be showing my age with this choice.

I love that this card has so much texture but is so postal friendly.  That's something that I struggle with.

Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Day One - Part 2

So I've been having fun with creating projects for the Fall Hop, how about you?!  I probably don't have to tell you that I have products from most of the Super Sponsors because I love my coffee!  In this post I'll be featuring two Super Sponsors:

I threw in a bit of upcycling too.  The to-go cup is Lil' Inker Designs Cozy Coffee Die Set.  The sentiments are all from Stampin Funn.  To get a sense of the size, the card bases are American Crafts Mint Ombre Mini Cards that are 3x3.

These will be great to have in my stash...a girl can never have too many Coffee themed cards on hand.

2016 Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Final Day: Latte Love trio

I can't believe it...we're on the final day of the 2016 Winter Coffee Lovers blog hop!  I'm blogging live in between cards.  I hope to crank out 3 more but we'll see!

Did you see that Lil' Inker Designs released a new coffee set named, Latte Love?

Keeping things real here.  I finished off my cards, although I wasn't so sure about the Ho Ho Ho one.  It bothered me that the H didn't stamp quite right on the bottom one.  I thought, it's okay...but gah, I couldn't stand it so here's the revised version:

I used my trusty sharpie pen and filled it in, much beh-tah.  The sentiments are by Mama Elephant, Mini Messages.  The background is MFT, Lined Up Dots.  You can't really tell, but I used Delicata Gold and the sheen is awesome.

Originally I was going to use all three squares in a design but it just wasn't happening for me.  The Reverse Confetti Cardstock was die cut with Memory Box Pinpoint Squares:

RC Aqua  •  Iced Aqua  •  Tangerine

 All the coloring was done with Zig Clean Color Markers.

I was inspired by the latest Curtain Call:

I worked with the general color palette and the gold.  The background, Lined Up Dots made me feel like it gave it the retro vibe.

It seems to be tropical days over here on my blog lately...lots of pineapples!  I had so much fun combining all these fun products!  Isn't the Pointelle Cover Up Die so fabulous?  The Coffee Talk set is awesome, so many coffee drinks to design.  Today's is a Copacabana Frap!  I had to put some sequin center sprinkles on top!  Check out the enveloper liner and how it matches the interior of my card!

Winter/Holiday Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Day Four: Happy International Tea Day!

Happy International Tea Day!  Today were's celebrating all of our Tea Lovers!  We're up to Day Four of the Winter/Holiday Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  There are special FLASH prizes, so make sure you read all the deets HERE .

Me?  I love tea and honestly I load up on coffee at home but when I'm at work, I drink tea.  When I'm wanting a fabulous treat, I'll splurge and but an Iced Green Tea Latte (no syrup and an extra scoop of matcha).  That's how my card was inspired:

Isn't that Iced Latte fun?  Ice cubes and all...it's Lil' Inker Designs' Coffee Talk.  The TEArrific sentiment is from Tea Time by Jane's Doodles which you can pick up in the SRM Stickers store.

Check out the interior...although the exterior paper is wintery with the snowflakes, I added a definite winter touch inside:

Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Day Day Seven: sometimes the smallest things + Giveaway!

Hello!  Today is my day up on the Whisker Graphics blog!  I'm such a fan of the Whisker Graphics Middy Bitty Bags:

cardstock:  stampin' up basic black  paper:  stampin' up/typeset specialty  stamps:  lil' inker designs/coffee talk  ink:  ranger archival/black, distress ink/picked raspberry, various fine tipped colored pens, stampin' up white embossing powder, fresh ink/grass, sharpie black marker  other:  divine twin/black solid

These bags are a perfect size, 5" x 7.5", more about the contents in a smidge!  I topped off the bag with a layered large Pink Tag.  I simply trimmed a bit of patterned paper a bit smaller than the actual tag.  I stamped the Lil' Inker Designs, new release, Coffee Talk Frap image onto the type paper.  I colored it in with Distress ink/Picked Raspberry.  Check out the whip, it has tiny candy sprinkles, I used some fine tipped pens that I picked up in Japan.
