January New Release Creative Blog Hop | Reverse Confetti

Today is the day!  The Reverse Confetti January Release is now available for purchase!  We're celebrating with a hop!  You should have arrived from Heather Hoffman's blog, if not, you'll want to start at the beginning of the hop which is the Reverse Confetti blog!

Here's a peek at all of the new products:

What a fantastic release!  It's all available HERE.

I have a giftie duo to share with you today!

Let's first chat about the sweet treats.  The Frosted Pillow Boxes are such a fun product to have on hand.  They make for a quick giftie.  I wrapped a From Cupid panel around it.  Cut a larger circle out of gold glitter cardstock and layered one of the circles from the Love You Most set.

This is going to my boy for Valentine's Day.  Who doesn't love happy mail, especially when you're a college student.

Next up is the card that I designed to coordinate with the Frosted Pillow Box.

I combined the Big Bear set with the previously released Mouse Mail set.  That bear makes me smile and his puppy...so cute!

I'm loving the new All In Stitches Cover Panel.  It makes it super easy to trim down to customize a size.

The sentiment is heat embossed on a strip of Midnight cardstock.

Here's a peek back at my earlier projects for this release:

I can't wait to hop around and see how everyone else was inspired!  Next up is my teamie, Kathy Schweinfurth!

Today  we're featuring:

Happy Bee Day stamp set + coordinating confetti cuts

Big Bear stamp set + coordinating confetti cuts
From Cupid 6x6 Paper pad

Here's how I was inspired:

I can't get enough of the Big Bear set so I added him to my card, perfect with honey, don't you think?

Everybody at home gets called honey.  When both kids are home I have to call them Honey (insert first name).  I used a patterned panel from the Under the Umbrella 6x6 Paper Pad.  I also paper pieced the jar topper in the same pattern.

I made the sign by using the wood dipper as the stick.  The sentiment has been heat embossed in white on Midnight cardstock.

I can't wait to hop around and see what my teamies designed!  Leave a comment on all the sneak peeks post for each designer.  Comments will close at noon CST on January 7th and there will be a $15 Gift Certificate for one blog commenter and also one FB commenter.  Make sure you pop over to the Reverse Confetti Blog for all the details!

Countdown to Confetti Day Two | Reverse Confetti

We're also welcoming our new teamie!

Today  we're featuring:

Big Bear stamps + coordinating confetti cuts
Heart Pals + coordinating confetti cuts

I'm also featuring:

Love You Most stamp set
From Cupid 6x6 Paper pad

I have two projects to share, here's my first one:

I absolutely ADORE the Big Bear set.  It is filled with fun images and check out Big Bear.  Her arms are able to 'carry' things.  LOVE that feature.  I made this especially for my girl.   If you've been following me for a bit you might remember that I've shared that she picked up knitting last year.  I couldn't be happier that she's a crafty girl (wink).

So Big Bear is holding her knitting project and of course, a coffee mug.  I managed to combine the Love your Most set with this project.  The 'love you' is from that set.  I've stamped it in Flamingo and popped it on a tag from the Bag & Tags Creator confetti cuts.

I've dry embossed a Flamingo panel and cut a panel out of the From Cupic 6x6 with the previously released Grid Stitched Tag confetti cuts.

I'm shaking things up with my second project:

This one features the Heart Pals stamps + coordinating confetti cuts.  Isn't that guy adorable?

I made it a skinnier card at 3.5 inches x 5.5 inches.  I'm featuring two panels ala From Cupic 6x6 paper pad.

I filled my shaker with gold heart confetti.

My card was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches:

Today I'm featuring the NEW Hustle and Grind Sentiments!  It is such an awesome set of must-have sentiments.  I whipped up two different designs, the first one combines Hustle and Grind Sentiments with Hug in a Mug.  Seemed like a must-do, don't you think?

I kept the overall design clean + crisp to make so that the sentiment was the star of the show.  The latte art has been heat embossed in white.

Next up is a card that uses Hustle and Grind Sentiments the stamp set by itself.

For my this design I used my MISTI to stamp the background panel.  The center sentiment has been heat embossed in white.

I know, tons of purple and no green today!

We're also welcoming our new teamie!

Today  we're featuring:

Love You Most stamps
Patterned Hearts stamps + coordinating confetti cuts

I'm also featuring:

Hello Lovely confetti cuts
From Cupid 6x6 Paper pad

Here's how I was inspired:

There's actually a couple of different elements to this design.  Let's start with the Patterned Hearts.  I've stamped them in Midnight and Coral dye ink pads.  I used the coordinating confetti cuts to make a mask.  I then used scrap papers to add a 'bow tie' on the bottom of each heart to transform them into balloons.  They each have a bit of twine too,

Originally I had die cut the hello lovely with gold glitter cardstock and started to lay them on top of my panel.  I decided to actually die cut the panel and inlay the gold.

I had thought to add the pattern strip of paper From Cupid.  But I'm so glad that I did, it bring out the balloon strings and adds more pop to the design.

I'll be back tomorrow with a project that includes the Love You Most set.
