November Countdown to Confetti Day One | Reverse Confetti

It's the start of the Reverse Confetti Countdown to Confetti!   You are going to be amazed at all of the new products for this month! Please note that new product links will not be active until release day/time.

This month we welcome the following designers  as our 'Fetti Friends:

Today we're featuring:

Beautiful Memories stamps + coordinating confetti cuts
The Best Days stamps + coordinating confetti cuts

I'm also highlighting:

Winter Wonder 6x6
Stitched Circles Cover Panel
Blessed confetti cuts

Here's a peek at my first project that features Beautiful Memories:

The Beautiful Memories set is absolutely gorgeous.  I suffered a major loss this summer, lost one of my best and dearest friends.  This set has the most wonderful sentiments.

My card starts with a panel from the Winter Wonder 6x6 Paper Pad.  To set my focal point, I cut the Rounded Stitched Window from the last release in Premier Polar White.

I stamped the floral images from Beautiful Memories and colored them with the following copics:

G21 | G24
V15 | V17 | BV17

As you can see, I went with just the one stem.  I 'fluffed' up my bouquet with a stem from the earlier released Peony set.

The sentiment was stamped in Midnight and the card was finished off with a twine bow.

Next is a card that features The Best Days:

I'm trying to coordinate my coloring with the beautiful Winter Wonder 6x6.  It's been a challenge for me since lately I've been playing with more pastel colors.  This card was inspired by my teamie Kelly Lunceford.  Do you notice all the different layers she manages to incorporate into her designs...so amazing and inspiring.

My card starts with a Midnight panel.  I ran the new Stitched Bursts Cover Panel through with Premier Polar White.  I trimmed down the panel so that it would fit on top of the Midnight panel.  I trimmed down one of the gingham panels from the Winter Wonder 6x6.

For a bit of interest, I layered a Midnight strip on top of the gingham panel.  I used the Stitched Note & Frames in Premier Polar White.

The colored bouquet from The Best Days has been colored with:

RV17 | RV19
BV04 | BV08
BG18 | BG78
V15 | V17
W0 | W3

The frame, bouquet and sentiment have been adhered with foam tape.

I can't wait to hop around and see what my teamies designed!  Leave a comment on all the sneak peeks post for each designer.  Comments will close at noon CST on November 7th and there will be a $15 Gift Certificate for one blog commenter and also one FB commenter.  Make sure you pop over to the Reverse Confetti Blog for all the details!

2019 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day Five

I'm back for Day Three of the 2019 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  Today I'm featuring Super Sponsor Concord & 9th:

Coffee Blend Turnabout
Coffee Blend Dies
Coffee Blend BUNDLE
Daily Wear
Daily Wear Dies
Daily Wear BUNDLE

I was intrigued about the Turnabout and inks in general:

Inks used:

1.  Distress Oxide on bristol
2.  Catherine Pooler Inks
3.  Reverse Confetti

I'll definitely spend more time figuring out color palettes.  I didn't realize #1 + #2 were so similar in color.  Love how vibrant the CP inks are but love the muted shades of the DO + RC inks too!

One thing that I needed to do is wait longer in between the different ink colors [insert: impatient stamper].

I decided to go with panel #3, well because of the green, my favorite color!

So I am loving the Turnabouts and can't wait to build my collection.  The concept is genius.  I've been a long time fan of pattern paper and I love the ability of being able to customize your color palette.

....and the Daily Wear set?  Gah, that girl is sooooooo cute!  Love the letterboard and how perfect for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop?!!!!

The enamel heart is from my stash [retired Chickaniddy Crafts].

I can't wait to spend some time making cards out of the other panels.  I gotta tell you, the admin of the hop along with my other Design Team to-do lists make me a busy crafter.

I was honored when Spellbinders asked if I wanted to help celebrate their newest Sharyn Sowell Holiday Collection.

Today I'm featuring:

Here's how I was inspired:

So let's chat about the Winter Friends set.  I managed to combine it with:

I'm super happy how this one turned out!  I'm smitten with aqua and red for the holidays and winter, how about you?

My intention wasn't to team it up with a Coffee Lovers Blog Hop post but then I was able to do a bit of a caffeinated spin on it!

The Peace on Earth set is gorgeous, all the intricate lines...totally gorgeous.

A big thank you to Spellbinders!  Love how these cards turned out!

2019 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day Three

I'm back for Day Three of the 2019 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  Today I'm featuring the Close to My Heart - Cedar & Pine collection:

I whipped up two scrappy cards, no stamping involved.  It's been awhile since I've done that.  This paper collection is so beautiful that I had a hard time covering up the lush patterns.

I've added the ribbon and glitter cardstock.

Check out some of the elements from the collection:

Guess what?!  CTMH just added the PERK UP stamps + coordinating thin cuts online!  That's GREAT news because it was only to be available through October 31st!  So glad that they decided to keep it in their shop, it's a FAB set!

2019 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day Two

I'm back on Day Two of the 2019 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  Today I'm featuring a set by Super Sponsor Funky Fossil Designs.  It's a bit different for me but I love the look of the Folksy Christmas set.

I decided to go clean and simple.  One of my favorite holiday color combos is aqua and red.  I love that coffee to go cup and knew that I wanted to color it red!

The gingham is from Gina K Designs' Winter Whimsy Paper Pack.

I colored the images with the following copics:

R17 | R29
R20
BG10 | BG23
E51 | E53
N6 | N7

Have you had a chance to hop around yet?  It's totally worth your time, so much inspiration!

2019 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day One

Happy November and Welcome to Day One of the Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  I can't believe that it is that time of the year and that it is NOVEMBER!!!!  If you're new to the Coffee Lovers Blog Hops, check out the post HERE.   There are TONS of Super Sponsor and prizes are based on participation rather than commenting.  Link up a newly created caffeinated [coffee, tea, cocoa and even Hot Apple Cider] project for a chance to win.

Here's my first of hopefully daily projects.  I always forget about all the behind the scenes tasks.  I generally spend the week before the actual hop compiling the hop and then frantically creating projects.

Today I'm featuring products from Trinity Stamps:

I was thoroughly inspired by all of the shaped cards from our recent Collaboration Hop with Trinity StampsChristine's project in particular inspired me.

The mug card was cut from Bristol.  I used Kristina Werner's Distress Oxide Combo #7:

Fossilized Amber | Ripe  Persimmon | Candied Apple

The pattern paper is Lawn Fawn's Perfectly Plaid Fall [retired].  I know, I'm soooo sad that they retired this particular collection!

The sentiment has been stamped on Lawn Fawn's Simple Wavy Banner.

The copics I used:

R20
Y15 | Y19
YR12 | YR16
G03 | G05
BG13 | BG15
E13 | E23
E51 | E53 | E31

Here's a peek at the interior:

The Gift Card Holder panel has been cut from a die that is part of the Coffee Mug Card Die Set.

We all had so much fun with the new Caffeinated + Caffeinated Two sets:

Here's how I was inspired:

Let's chat about my Bubble Tea card first!  It's definitely bobalicious!  These stamps are so much fun and so versatile.  You can make that drink with the straw into anything!

In Seattle, there are so many places that you can order bubble tea, it's awesome.   I stamped and colored the image with copic markers.  I love green + pink teamed up and was able to find some fun coordinating pattern paper and poms.

The sentiments in both sets are sooooo FUN!

Next up is a holiday thank you.  I decided to go the matcha tea route.

I added the Paper Smooches Poinsettia and Gift Tags 2 sets to this design.

The poinsettia has been cut from red felt and topped with a black enamel dot.  I trimmed down the tag to look like a tea bag.

That's it for me, up next is my teamie Kerry Urbatch!
