santa claus is comin' to town...

Pattin' myself on the back for this multi-tasking card:

First up is the Jingle Belles Challenge:

We are to look around our house--or our office-- and see what you can re-use, re-purpose, re-cycle or up-cycle.

Kathe is the Guest Designer that came up with the fun challenge!

Can use guess what I recycled?  Those blooms are from recycled tissue paper that was wrapped around a gift that I received.  I finally took the time to google Tissue blooms and found THIS tut.  She uses newspaper {genius} but I wanted to use my tissue paper...you can't really tell but the tissue has silver stars printed on it.

This is my 2nd entry for the CR84FUN Challenge:

This is also being linked to the Moxie Fab World Challenge:

Check out Jenn over on the EAD Designs blog...

It's been awfully quite over at Flashback Friday...check out my latest post over there...I've highlighted some FUN projects...and I might be chit-chattin' about some blog candy!!

Tomorrow I'll be guesting over at Gauche Alchemy AND I'll also be starting the sneek peaks for the craft's meow!!!!  Have you been seeing the GREAT sneak peeks of the May 1st releases over on the craft's meow store blog?!!!!!  You'll want to pop over there for a peek:)

recipe:
cardstock: PTI
stamps:  Cornish Heritage Farms
other:  Tissue paper, Kaisercraft pearls/bling, SRM sentiment

I sooooo need to try those blooms ... might be the push I need to add a hot glue gun to my crafting arsenal, although I'm guessing other adhesives will work ... thanks so much for celebrating Earth Day with the jingle belles.

Well, I don't have any idea how much more stinkin cute that can get, but my guess would be not, I absolutely love that on the notebook paper, and those flowers...good golly!

I've seldom seen tissue paper reused so creatively. Usually it's so wrinkled, but this is a super idea and a fun card.
