Little Tangles #25: Giving Thanks.

This is post 2 of 2 for me...click HERE for my CASE Study project!

Hello!

We're back with a new challenge over at little tangles:

How does that inspire you?

Here's how I played along:

Thanksgiving = Turkey = Feathers

I tried to rock my inner Donna Mikasa.

She rocks the feathers and the ink.

I die cut the feathers from watercolor paper and inked them with my distress markers.  I then went over the ink with my Aqua Painter.  I finished them off with the Neat & Tangled ink splash...gold heat embossed.

I was searching for my Embossing Buddy, never found him so I broke down and picked up another one.  Pretty sure that I'll find my original one with my vellum adhesive along with my Zing Embossing powders (sigh).

See that wood grain?  It's from the Neat & Tangled On the Strip 2.

I tied together the woodgrain and the feathers with the round heart wood veneer.

I managed to use 3 Neat & Tangled sets:

Make sure you check out the Little Tangles blog for more inspiration!

You'll love what my teamies have designed!

  16. Loving the feathers with gold! Very chic! I had to chuckle at your post. I have lost things too. Once I caught the dog stealing a stamp. I chased him under the bed and I found all sorts of stuff! He had a whole craft aisle under there! :)

  18. Amy, your cards have been amazing lately! I wish I had the time to comment on each and every single one. I love the variety of colors, themes, and embellishments you've been using. And every time I see a Neat & Tangled post I ask myself why I've never added any of these stamps to my collection! You always use them in the neatest ways. (P.S. You've been keeping yourself super busy with your DT and guesting responsibilities! I guess that's the price of being so talented! :) )
