I'm a big fan of using vellum with sequins!
Both of my cards use paper from the Authentique Anchored collection. I think it makes the sequins POP, don't you? I placed the star strip on the vellum envelope and stitched it down using a zig zag. It adds fun texture to the overall design.
The Hello is stamped using the Sweet Stamp Shop's Baking Love set. I used Navy Divine Twine to hang the Top Dog Dies Mini Tag and Pretty Pink Posh's Gold Jingle Bell (large).
Everything is nestled onto a Top Dog Dies Bella Doily Die.
