Venetian Lamp

I'm on a roll creating cards for the Flourishes Cake Decorating Contest. My inspiration for this card comes from the incredibly talented Sharon L. Johnson aka notimetostamp...I'm always in awe of her fabulous works of art!

Why did I name the card "Venetian Lamp"? The shade is paper pieced using The Venetian Mat Stack..great textured, heavy cardstock that I received as a birthday gift last year {thanks M!}.

Cute and creative!!! I lived in WA from 1-5 grade..gorgoues state. I certainly miss the green. Especially when I look outside all I see is white!
