Hambly Happiness...

When you hear the words "Hambly Screen Prints" what it your first reaction? Mine would be
H*O*A*R*D!
Hambly products are just simply divine...no other words to describe them. Have you seen their Home Decor line??? Can you say FABulous??!!!! In an attempt to de-hoard I have cut my Home Decor dp {gasp!} and smacked it onto a dvd tin. I was thinking of adding more things {trying to go by Lauren's *more -is-more* embellishment enthusiam theory} but I couldn't bear the thought of actually covering up the gorgeous paper...do you blame me? Sorry for the poor photography...the tin was not cooperating with me.

I felt the same way with the interior {apologizing again for the photography}...I cringed to put the little craft bag on top of the slice of Home Decor dp but I thought that most peeps probably wouldn't think the same way I do...they would say paper is paper..NOT....in my humble opinion. Yes, there are chandeliers on that paper...sigh.

De-Hoarding is good for the soul...that's what I keep telling myself....

WOWZA, girlfriend, this is gorgeous!! I love that paper, and I have a terrible time covering up my favorite DP, my hand almost shakes I hate it so much! I am into serious de-hoarding also. I never think for a moment that the GREETING CARD I just made cost me as much as a small gift. Well, almost never...

I have to keep telling myself that "De-hoarding is good for the soul" but it's seems like i'm not listening...LOL!

This is so elegant and beautiful, Amy!! I need to 'let go' of some stuff that I'm afraid of using myself. Good for you!!

oh my, Amy, you're a woman after my own heart! I love those papers, and have to have one (or two in every color)!!! This would have gone so well with my room today. Thanks for enabling (er sharing)! You are the best!

you should see me at parties when someone seems interested in crafting LMBO, my hubby always laughs at me. People just do not get it...at all. I love PAPER, especially pretty paper lol

Fabulous! Good for you for de-hoarding! My issue is I always buy new stuff before I use up the old, all these companies keep coming out with fab stuff, lol!

i'm shocked and saddened that none of the other commenters mentioned the VERY BEST PART of de-hoarding: ya get to buy more stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (SHEESH!) :) :) :)

i must say i heartily approve of your NOT following the "more-is-more embellishment enthusiasm theory" in this case, seeing as how this is so VERY cool *exactly* as it is! i often wish i was physically able to LEAVE SOME WHITE SPACE...how is it that i can see & appreciate minimalism when YOU do it...but not when i try to??! (ok, that's actually an easy one: 'cause you do it SOOOOOO WELLLLLL!) ♥♥♥

(ps: wait'll you see my projects for the next caardvarks challenge on friday...girlfriend i SOOOOO could've used your zen mistress guidance last weekend!!!)
