a little bird told me....

I've been neglecting my DCWV green stack and chippies so I put them together for the CP sketch #20! I've been really lovin' all the shaped/scalloped cards I've been seeing out in blogland...I actually used my fiskars shape template for my card and cut out the black base....talk about "old school"....LOL....no nesties for this girl :) I use the fiskars template purely with a mechanical pencil, I don't even own any of the cutting tools...I've been really designing a lot of my cards with a black base, makes the other papers pop.

Have you been keeping up with the 2 Sketches 4 You Ultimate Showdown? It has ME literally on the edge of my chair...I can only imagine how you ladies must feel. Congrats to the Top 10...Great Job by the other ladies that were part of the Top 20 too!!!

ya know, gurl, those fancies scalloped mechanical die cuts can't hold a scissor to your original card! The black does the trick.
