holiday trunk show and RAK

Hi ya!

Yes, it is me on my 'day off'....what can I say? I can't stay away:)

I thought I'd share some of my "Holiday Trunk Show" projects. For the last couple of years I've been hostessing a gift show in my home during the holiday's. This year is a smidge different, it will be at my friend's new home in Seattle....more deets on that later.

Luckily, I have a co-worker that is addicted to this:

She recycles them to me and I do this:

Can't neglect the top:

It is filled with Mint Dilettante Truffles...need I say more?

I'm happy to say that I seem to be the recycling dumping ground to my co-workers...lol. That's okay with me...although some people have more faith in my altering abilities than I do...I had a friend try to recycle her plastic birth control pill containers...what?! LOL

Next up is a RAK that I received from Miss Ivy Pink!

Now how clever is this chickie???!!!! She used a file folder as the base to her card...layered it with cork and her Quickutz Instant Photo die....added her super cutie pie pic and her embellished pin!
LOVE it sista!!!!

I can't believe it is already December 2nd...sheesh, I haven't even put my family/friend christmas cards in the mail...not to mention all the cards I want to send to my fabbie blogging friends.....so much to do!

♥♥Washingtonians♥♥

Email me if you want deets about our December 12th Holiday Trunk Show!!!!

Amy, this little recycled coffee tin is adorable. If you lived closer I could give you all my Junk hmmm tin stuff.

Now Amy, I can totally see Tic Tac's in that old birth control container. Just turn the old plastic insert upside down and the Tic Tacs would lay right in there. You could color coordinate the decoration to the color of the Tic Tacs. Oh, the possibilities.

that is freaking hilarious about the birth control containers!! i know what you mean! my bf is so supportive of my addiction, that he brings home the craziest stuff. But, about 1 out of 5 times, I LOVE IT AND WANT IT! And he doesn't mind if I say no, I can't use that and throw it away. lol
Love how you decorated the tin! Very beautiful!
have a great day, love!
