Happy Thursday...almost Friday Peeps....almost Friday!!!

The weather was not cooperating with me yesterday when I needed to take pics of my cards...grrr...I've been liking the outdoor photog look but we're back to indoor pics because of the stormy conditions:)

I'm still lovin' my Lawn Fawn set...especially for that fabbie dress form!!

I'm absolutely smitten with my October Afternoon papers...I can't believe that I haven't broken down and ordered the chippies yet...still having fun with just the papers:)

I was inspired by the Card Patterns sketch #64:


You might not be able to tell by the pic, but the scallop piece and the crochet trim were both stitched down....it's actually vintage thread...on a wooden spool....it's probably not so healthy for my whipper snapper of a Janome but I'm using what I have:)

Vintage thread on a wooden spool? I'm so amazed that you were able to use it and not just stare at the beauty of it! Looks really good on this card, though! And I really like seeing that dress form cut out! What a fresh funky and fun card today too.
