hello...

Okay, I'm totally showing my age but my blog post title reminds me of Lionel Richie...LOL

Had a little fun with some My Minds Eye, American Crafts and PTI...

A big shout out to Lynette Kaufmann...she is the inspiration for my blue background...thanks sista:)

My card is inspired by the latest Waltzing Mouse Sketch Challenge:

we are the same age... but i had totally (mercifully) forgotten that lionel richie song... until NOW anyway!!! thank you for reminding me! (NOT!) :) :) :)

having said that, the card itself is undeniably awesome, and worthy or any amount of richie-based hijinks to get it!!!

(wasn't he like a BLIND SCULPTOR in the video or something? i mean, as bad as the song was, i remember the video took it to BOLD NEW LEVELS of horror, did it not? one thing in favor of lady gaga is she has never assayed HIGH DRAMA, at least not yet; perhaps we should not give her any ideas!) :)
