Okay, seriously....how long can you and how long do you spend on Pinterest?! I could spend all day on there but typically spend a couple hours a week there...
I {heart} it for all the inspiration...in every aspect of my life inspiration....I came across this fun project over at Pleasant Home:
I have a thing for aprons but it would all be for show as I'm no diva in the kitchen....only with my coffee maker LOL.
I was gifted with 2 boxes of Ball Canning Jars...{odd...canning and jars...what's up with that?}....well, sheesh, I won't be canning anytime soon {see above comment of 'no diva in the kitchen'} but thought that this was thee perfect way to use those jars...
{I received the jars only..without the lids...hit 2 stores and no luck chuck...hope to stop by other stores today to find them...wish me luck!}**edited to add* I found the lids!!!!!
We're celebrating 2 birthdays tonight and I had a ball {haha...get it Ball Canning Jars} putting these puppies together:
Inside each jar is a CUTE kitchen towel that I picked up from Target:) All the patterned paper on the Make a Wish jar is Pink Paislee/House of Three...oy, I love it soooo.....the sentiments are from co-branding efforts of EAD Designs and Paper Smooches! Dontcha love that sweet cupcake?! Lots'o stitching on this one and you can't tell, but I used the same paper and made a tab dealio on the top to string through that luscious Essentials Everyday ribbon by Ellen Hutson...it's kind of like seam binding but has a taffeta weight...it's delish!
Next up is more Pink Paislee/House of Three goodness but with a different flair! I teamed it up with the EAD Designs Mustache Rub-ons!
Instead of the Essentials Everyday ribbon by Ellen Hutson...I used some twine that I picked up from the T $ spot a while back...the upper tab is PTI ribbon....it's a great, 29 again? type birthday:)
**happy news**
A card of mine has been published in the October 2011 issue of Papercraft Inspirations! I'm waiting for it to hit this side of the pond, but I do have this:
Can you spot mine?
I'm the one in the lower left hand corner...it's a card that uses the sweet bird from the EAD Designs Saying Hello Sentiments Stickerz and a sentiment from WPlus9's Mehndi Medallions stamp set. The base is my fav, PTI kraft and the papers are Cosmo Cricket Early Bird and Bo Bunny. I could NOT be more THRILLED to be on the very same page as my bloggie buddie Karen Baker of The Bald Dragonfly....sooooo very coolio...icing on the cupcake for me:)
