9 days until valentine's day...

Happy Superbowl Sunday!

LOL

Who am I kidding...I'm no sports fan...

Happy Crafty Sunday!

That's what I'm going to be doing...all day long.

Life is Good:)

Are you busy making Valentine's Day cards?

Here's one I just made {real time blogging again}...with Crate's Paper Heart Collection.

Here's a close up of the paper ruffle...

The bling is Want2Scrap.

I stumbled across a new sketch challenge site:

Pretty fun site, you gals should check it out...I know a lot of you are sketch fans like me!

So the lasagna turned out pretty good last night...I made a spinach one and a sweet italian sausage one...When peeps go back for seconds, that's usually a good sign {wink}.  My FAB friend brought dessert, White chocolate and cherry bread pudding & ice cream for dessert...um, yeah it was delish...it was pretty much a caloric-free evening:)

I'm going to try to make a new dish a week...I'm no cook but once I find a recipe that we like, I love to make it.  I've always made spinach lasagna, the sausage one was new to me.  So I found this tasty recipe on the web:

Yup, it's our own Erin Thiem's recipe!  I had to email and well, starting with a disclaimer that I wasn't stalking her...I had to let her know that I LOVE beet salad so this is on the top of my recipe to-do list!

Okay, that's it for me...

awesome card...love that paper you used...so cute
Chuckle that you shared the recipe-- I didn't create it, it's from a cookbook, but it's divine, perhaps it'll win over any non-beet lover? If not, then more for you and me :) Fabulous card, haven't gotten on track with those...can I buy ones for the kiddos? Better yet, better get them started making their own.
