Hello!
I'm here with my LESSology Chest of Drawer project...do you remember this sneak peek?
Well, here is the before product:
It's one of those countertop organizers. I happened to find it at a Salvation Army store in Seattle and thought:
BINGO!
Whaddya think?
I literally used a drawer....
It's the perfect size and chunkiness. So, I'm still smitten with Basic Grey's Konnichiwa collection. That sweet girl has been stamped, colored and paper pieced. She's on glue dots...what's that? Well, that note paper style base is actually upcycled Sassafras packaging.....I just topped it off with a band of Konnichiwa paper, a quote sticker by Teresa Collins and that fab hand made loopy bloom is compliments of my bloggie friend, Sherry.
You can't really tell by the pictures, but I cut 4x6 index cards in half and have them stacked behind....I haven't decided if I want to make them birthday calendar pages or a daily journal....
I'm also linking up to A Blog Named Hero Challenge #1:
That little Japanese Girl image is one of my favs right now...I love that Hero Arts has teamed up with Basic Grey on the Konnichiwa Collection.
This also works perfectly for the Moxie Fab World's challenge:

Our fabulous sponsor for this challenge is Paper and Such, an online store. The prize is a set of clear polymer stamps made in the USA.
I can't wait to see how the Chest of Drawers challenge inspires YOU!
A little re-org:
The good news:
I'm getting new carpeting.
The bad news:
I'm getting new carpeting.
For those of you have been following me for a while know that I have a crafting hallway...upstairs...on carpeting. I'm super duper lucky to have 2 bays of closets for my goodies...stuff is stacked from the ground up...the ground, that has carpeting. Are you getting the picture? I've basically had this week off from work and I'm slowly moving all my crafting furniture downstairs to the living room until the carpeting has been installed.
Um, yes, I do have more cubes...like 4 or 6 more that need to squeeze in this little area that I've set aside ....I'll take a pic after everything has made it to this temporary space...

good luck with the carpeting!
You should enter this at Moxie Fab's Don't Throw It Away challenge since you used that packaging.
And I feel your pain with the craft supply moving. Boy is it a slow process (especially when I get distracted and start making cards instead...)
Nice deco ...!! Good luck with the shifting and lifting..Hugs...xoxo
Have a GREAT day!
Good luck with all your work with the new carpeting and clearing out. I know it will be all worth it when it's over. :)
Your room looks so nice and organized, can't wait to see it with carpet and everything moved back in.
Good luck with the shifting and moving of your crafty stuff!
Hugs,
