Super Exciting News!

I've been asked to join the FABulous designers on the Avocado Arts Pit Crew!


To say that I'm excited is an understatement, this team is a powerhouse of talent and truly fabulous people!


I decided to 'whip up' a card for this fabulous news!

 I used April's New Release, Perfectly Planted...



along with

Sweet Treat Sweetie


I did some simple masking on my card and the panel that is the dirt is actually upcycled packaging...love the shade of kraft.

I recently 'tried' to put together an IRL simple terrarium and it was an epic fail.  The fern turned black, gah, I'm unfortunately, a black thumb.

My card was inspired by the newest retro sketch:


I'd love it if you'd pop by Avocado Arts and leave me some of that fabulous bloggie love!  There will also be some fun May Release sneak peeks!!

Congratulations, Amy! I'm so happy for you! LOVE your celebratory card! What a genius use of the Perfectly Planted and Sweet Treat stamps. Love the bit of dirt you added, and love that it came from recycled material. And the embossed piece with the twine tie and sequins is sooo pretty, too!
