I am so lovin' the new Elle's Studio Serendipity Collection:
The photo was taken last year, on my birthday by one of the kids.
I do truly feel that I'm a lucky girl to have met Darin.
Let's be honest, dating in your 40's when you have kids is pretty challenging. I hit the ♥♥jackpot♥♥ with Darin. He's kind, supportive, calm...the calmness always comes in handy when I'm freaking out about something.
All the paper elements are Elle's Studio. I ran the shipping tag through my printer with the serendipity definition.
The scallop trim on the top is the 'tab' on one of the 12x12 sheets I had to work with.
The triangularly flag was preprinted via Elle's Studio, the rest of the sentiments are various SRM stickers.
Since the sentiments are all going the one direction, I had to 'fix' the {XOXO} tag. Originally it came with a 2 printed on the bottom...well, it was going the opposite direction of everything else so I trimmed the floral pattern from some Elle's packaging and then layered the 'pure joy' cut out too.
I wanted to bring out the pink so decided to stitch all the flags/tags down to the shipping tag.
