Fusion: Snap, I forgot your birthday!

I was inspired by

I thought this was going to be a slam dunk for me...I think the thing that was throwing me was that I wanted to incorporate everything in the picture onto my card...that wasn't going to happen.

Let's start with the blue panel, I embossed it with polkas because I see a ton of circles in the picture from the camera lens to the flowers.

I knew that I wanted to use my very neglected Hero Arts big owl, I've been on a mission to use what I have and especially the older stuff.  I inked her up with Hero Arts Pink Neon, ugh, whoever used my owl last didn't clean her.  {okay, that was probably me}...so it took me forever to get to this shade of pink...lots of stamping and cleaning {repeat}.

The feltie camera?  I've been hoarding it {Amy Tangerine}...truth be told, when I was digging around for something else, I came across a package of Amy's felties {yes, evidently I'm on a first name basis with her..come on, we are kindred spirits since we have the same first name and we're both Asian!}.  

I threw on some green sequins to represent the green camera...everything is nestled onto the yellow chevron bitty bag.
