Happy Birthday!

Hello!

I enjoyed the process of designing this card since it's been well over a week since I've had the opportunity to get crafty!

See that pink Happy Birthday layer?  I bought a package of them at Paper Source.  They are letterpress panels and perfect for layering on cards.

All the patterned paper is older Crate, Peppermint & Paper Heart.  I stamped the Paper Smooches sentiment from, Sentiment Sampler, in Fresh Ink Provincial Gray so it wouldn't take away from the overall design of the card.

That Coffee Cup Stamp (yes, I must have a bazillion) is from Impress.

I wanted to use my enamel dots but can't seem to find them...you should see how many boxes I'm surrounded by, seriously.  The Freckled Fawn sweet heart veneers were a perfect substitution!

I was inspired by the latest Seize The Sketch:

Don't you love Stacey's sketch?

Oh, I totally agree you can never have to many coffee cup stamps! :)

Those tiny wooden hearts are awesome! I can't find any wood veneer shapes around where I live. I guess I'll have to do a little online shopping.

Love your pink and red coffee cup card! The way you repeated the red gingham patten on you cup holder looks great!

your "bazillion" comment is too funny since I specifically browsing your blog today for coffee cup images and I knew you'd have a bunch! I may be commissioned to make some holiday cards/card holders again this year and I think she's giving Starbucks. Miss seeing all your "stuff"... ahhh the joys of being back in the workforce. (:
