So, yes, I still have paper from the awesome Basic Grey Persimmon 6x6 pad:


I combined it with the oh-so-fun Paper Smooches Cyber Cafe set.  Two of my favorite things...

coffee & the internet

See that cork hexagon?  I stamped the solid mug on there and managed to  masked off the top of the mug and stamp the steam.  It came out lighter than I wanted so I traced it with my Signo white pen.  Can I tell you that I have a gazillion white pens and this is the only one that worked...grrr...what is it with white pens?  seriously.

I didn't want to keep the orange panel plain so I dry embossed it with some hexagons...


Pretty pleased with this unisex card.

GAH! Love it! The mug on the cork is fab! I'm still loving the Persimmon too - I went to buy some at a local store (totally inspired by you!) but they were sold out - what a bummer!

Can I tell you I always hold my breath when I write with a white pen? They always run out on me, and I never seem to have one that works. Love your steam, and the whole darn card!

You are the master of mixing patterns and texture, girlie!
I have a Sakura white gel pen that has a special double ball bearing thing to prevent it dying out. I recommend it as I've got two that have never failed me. :)
