Happy Sunday!
I need to do Stampin' Up Sunday's with all the SU stuff that I've been slowly accumulating.
I'm like a lot of crafters, I started off with Stampin' Up around 2003'ish. I jumped in, with both feet and probably should have signed up to be a demo then but didn't, but was always my then SU Demo's best customer. After awhile, I started to notice other stamp companies and eventually stepped away from Stampin' Up.
Fast forward to 2014, and I'm smitten with Stampin' Up again. Their designs are fun & fresh and they have started to incorporate photopolymer. That is key for me, I'm only buying the photopolymer sets.
Check out one of their newest sets,
Chuckling at my photo, my girl is home for the weekend and she was photobombing. I always use the portrait lens but decided to post this one anyways, it makes me smile...Love having my girl home.
I adore the swoopy font of the wonderful and look how wide it is {my card is A2, 4.25 x 5.5}. Such a gorgeous set and all is good in the world since I reinked my embossing pad...sheesh, what a huge difference that makes!
My card base is actually Stampin' Up Pink Pirouette. I then layered the glorious Gold Fancy Designer Vellum Foil on top.
I added a Your Next Stamp Gold Nugget Gum Drop to the center of the largest bloom.
(note: the banners are attached to the 'wonderful'...I trimmed them off

I was inspired by
and
I decided to concentrate of the gold and pale pink!
Thanks so much for stoppin' by!

P.S. Bunny squirrel is actually small and cute! Must've been a small pumpkin that made him look big. LOL I hope you'll play along! I know you have squirrel stuff. :D
Hope you had a great weekend with your gal!

I was never "into" SU! that much because I was more of a scrapbooker back then. I had hosted a few SU! parties over the years and had some stamps, but I just didn't like the wood blocks. I didn't realize they had clear stamps now..... this set is very cute!
