Happy Saturday!

I've been looking forward to today.  There's a group of us taking a class (or 2) from thee Julie Ebersole today!  In addition to Tonya & Kimberly...new to the group are Amber, Chaitali, Katie and perhaps AJ!   Impress actually posted a coupon for both retail and online purchases for today!  It's a great time to pick up their Fresh Inks!

I bought several fabulous quote sentiments from Verve in December.  Here's one of them:

paper:  simple stories/vintage bliss  stamps:  verve smallest things/lean on me  ink:  fresh ink charcoal  other:  misc acetate, verve sequins, clear embossing powder.


Isn't that the sweetest?!  That Winnie is a smart bear.

Pretty sure that the Simple Stories Vintage Bliss collection couldn't get anymore girly...


The iridescent sequins are from Verve too and I knew I had to incorporate it into my design.  Did you know that Stampin' Up has these fabulous Shaker Frames adhesive foam?  I hope they come out in various shapes and sizes but for now, I'm happy with the circles. 

Do you see the clear embossed blooms?  I had all this space on the yellow grid panel so I used Verve's Lean on me blooms to kind of, take up space.

Positively envious re yr class with Julie Ebersol. Lucky girl! Her new 12 days of Christmas stamps so fun and cute and now belong in my Christmas collection. :) YOUR card today is top drawer, especially with the shaker portion. Those are fun and jiggly and always make me giggle when I shake them.

I've been catching up on your cards tonight and though I know I need to sleep before the baby wakes up again, you've so inspired me that what I really want to do is jump out of bed and run to my crafty supplies to put your good ideas to use!

Love it!! Such a nice change to see a shaker card with a little shaker instead of the whole card being used. I never think to do this but must try it on my next card. Love the floral paper and how you stamped the flowers off the page. Shaker goodness!!
