I used a Party Time Quick Card Panel that has confetti. I stamped ombre confetti onto the birthday cake! Love the Linked Garland confetti cuts...I used the solid one on my card and finished it off with tons of enamel dots = non-postal friendly. Cake pedestals, love them in stamps and in real life. I stamped it with Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink and filled it in with a wet paintbrush.
I used the confetti print stamp on Lemon Drop cardstock but it truly is tone-on-tone so perhaps if you squinted and turned your head a smidge you can see it in this pic? It's those unexpected touches that finish off a design.
