Adjusted her sails

on



Hello!  So, I have a bunch of pattern paper, whether it is 12x12 or in 6x6 pads...I have a ton of both.  So I decided I wanted to play with the Carta Bella Yacht Club and this is how I was inspired:


I used the retired Verve Stamps, Adjusted Sails stamp.  I aged the papers with Distress Oxide Fossilized Amber.   The sentiment has been stamped with Hero Arts Navy Shadow Ink.


I used a wood veneer anchor and tied it off with Red Twine from the T$spot.

This is sheer perfection, Amy! I love the sentiment and the patterned paper you used - they coordinate so beautifully! The wooden embellishment is beautiful - reminds me that I have those same ones and they are languishing away in a drawer. You rocked the sketch! Hope you have a wonderful day/week!

That is a wonderful sentiment, and one we all should pay more attention to! Your card is gorgeous with all those papers. Now I'm inspired to drag out some of mine and play a little this afternoon. Great card. I too have tons of designer papers. I like the idea of using them like you did and added a wonderful sentiment. Really like this card.
