The Heart Desires Challenge #15: I think you're quite cool.

Hello and Welcome to The Heart Desires Challenge #15!  We have a GORGEOUS one for you again:

I know, crazy fabulous, isn't it?!  I had so much fun with this one:

I used the Concord & 9th Sweet & Cool Stamp Set and coordinating dies.  The stamp set has a pair of stripes, I used that with the Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide.  I think followed up with watercoloring with the Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide.  The background has a splash of Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink.  The sentiment was stamped with Versafine Onyx.

The Ranger Watercolor panel has been cut with Gina Marie Designs Scalloped Stitched Rectangles.
