I've been wanting to use the Hero Arts 12 - Point Stars Infinity Dies and love the results:
I've been seeing this technique and love the WOW effect. The top 2 blue panels are from the Hero Arts Sea Mix Layering Papers. The third layer is actually chipboard from some packaging that I had squirreled away.
I haven't used the Hero Arts Thank You Fancy Pair dies in forever. They're perfect for my design.
