That chihuahua cracks me up!  So sassy!  I've teamed him up with the SA113 Every Which Way Stencil 6x6 and  DI493 Bold Graphic Confetti Die.  Thanks to Jennifer McGuire, I was inspired by THIS card of hers.  I trimmed down that Bold Graphic Confetti panel.
