Newton's Nook Designs October | Holiday Release - REVEAL DAY 4 - Holiday Post Stamp Set + coordinating dies + Christmas Roundabout Stamp Set + coordinating dies

It is the final day of the
Newton's Nook Designs October | Holiday Release Reveals!  I can't wait to show you how I was inspired by this release!

Today we're featuring:

Holiday Post stamp set + coordinating dies
Christmas Roundabout stamp set

Here's how I was inspired:

I combined the Christmas Roundabout with the:
Circle Frames Die Set
Banner Trio Die Set

I'm really loving the use of lavender and aqua for the holidays.  I think it looks really fresh + fun.  Have you picked up the Roundabout sets yet? I love them, the patterns are always fabulous and the coloring choices are endless.

Here are my copic colors:

R00 | R21
G40 | YG41
BG10 | BG32
BV0000
BV00 | BV11
YR0000 | E30
E40 | E41
C0

Next up is the Holiday Post set:

This is definitely a dramatic color scene for this pastel loving girl.  I used the Clouds stencil to add pops of vibrant colors to the background.  Remember on Day One when I said that I was going to use the Birch Trees from the Forest Scene Builder Die set with Destination Christmas?  I instead used the Evergreens in my design but squirreled away the Birch Trees...I used them in this design.

The sentiment was stamped and I used the smallest circle in the Circle Frames Die set made it into a circle tag. I used a coordinating ink pad to ink it up.

Here are the copics I used:

R00 | R21
G0000
BG10 | BG32
BV00 | BV11
YR0000 | E30
E40 | E41
W00 | W1
C0 | C1 | C2

Hi Amy. Your kittie cat standing on top of a doxie is too precious and grabbed my heart strings right away! Besides loving animals, I especially love dachshunds because OUR very first pet, 50 years ago this spring, was a mini dachshund. We brought her home in a big sock, to keep her warm.
Also LOVE your colors here. Yep Pastel Girl...u did awesome!!!
