Today my project features the Floral Chain Cover Panel:
Let's start from the bottom and work our way up to the top. I started off with a bristol panel and blended:
Kitsch Flamingo
Peacock Feathers
Cracked Pistachio
When the blended panel was dry I stamped a Scripty Sentiment in black.
I cut the Floral Chain Cover Panel out of Premier Polar White cardstock and backed it with acetate. I cut out the separate blooms with Premier Polar White and felt I had in my stash.
The felt added the perfect amount of pop and texture. I topped most of the blooms with black matte enamel dots. I backed the acetate panel with strips of foam adhesive. I loaded up my base panel with shaker bits that I've had in my stash.
