chippie christmas...

Hello!!!
It's Monday...already? It snowed here last night so I wasn't able to meet up with Erin Schlosser. It is in everybody's best interest for me NOT to drive in the snow.

We managed to hang out with the cousins yesterday for a couple hours...whew...it's been awhile and I tell you, I'm always amazed at how much energy those three have...{5, 4 and 2 year old}. Why yes, I did take a power nap when we got home:)

Okay, onto some craftiness....I was able to play over at Card Patterns #45. This is pure Cosmo goodness...

I call it my Chippie Christmas Card...tons of chipboard is on this puppy...probably have to pay priority mail rate since it is so heavy:) I'm also adding this to the pile it on challenge, chip chip {thanks for the heads up on that laurel}!

I wasn't going to do any sewing on it...I put it together on Sunday morning when the kids were still asleep but decided to wait to 'finish' it because I knew that the stitching would add a nice bit of "Pow" to it!

I seriously have GOT to work on my Christmas cards this week...oy.

reading your posts cracks me up! if you ever mail that card, you got 2 USPS strikes against you already: it's squarish and it's heavy = additional postage!!
