TGIF!!!!

I decided to play with my Prima paper and chippies....love Prima goodness!

I always find tall cards challenging to photog....here's a close up of the chippie....I used metallic mm alpha letters...some zva...do you notice the pink stitching?

I was inspired by CPS166:

The day before Mother's Day the kids walked to the store and picked up my very favorite flowers....I took them into work with me to brighten my office up:)

My boy worked on this for a long time...it is up above my work space....isn't it perfect?!!!


I love that the kids encourage/enable my love of owls....I'm grinning ear to ear as I type this...I'm truly a lucky duck...or is that owl? Every Mother's Day the kids spoil me rotten and I gotta be honest...I LOVE it...I love that they shower me with things that they create...that's thee best gift evah...

I'm super thrilled to be helping out at the DeNami Design booth!!!!

What could be better...a day to shop and a day to work the show...perfect-o in my book! My first show ever was in January when I had the wonderful opportunity to have won the spot of the Torendi CHA employee!! I'm soooo looking forward to my oh-so-busy-and-fun weekend!!! Amy this is a really sweet card. Lucky you working in the DeNami booth. We are having a Stamp Expo here this weekend but this chick is staying home and working on her garage sale. NO need to add anything new quite yet.

OMG--he PAPER-PIECED the owl!!!!!!!! and i mean, like, *PERFECTLY*, with a brilliant choice of coordinated patterns, just the right combination in terms of scale, contrast, etc; and then he CUT OUT those teeny HA flowers and leaves for the branch, and hand-tore clouds for the sky!!! HOLY MOLY your boy is not just amazingly thoughtful to think of exactly what his mama would like to receive...he's really GOOD at making cards, too!!! wow! ♥♥♥WOW♥♥♥!!! SERIOUSLY i am amazed and delighted and SO IMPRESSED and i can only imagine how much more intense those feelings would be if that card was made by MY KID & given to me for mother's day! clearly, you are doing EVERYTHING right in the mom world to be celebrated so wonderfully well on your day! ♥♥♥♥♥

(ps: sorry, i nearly forgot to mention your gorgeously blingy and utterly lovely prima-based tall card! i do actually love that one quite a lot too!!! ♥) :)
