Hello!!

Well, I finally was able to be crafty last night...I managed to do some internet shopping before I went on vaca so when I got home I was surrounded by new goodies:)

Today's card has some new Cosmo Cricket 'Togetherness' and Lawn Fawn's Bannerific & Harold's ABCs:

I was inspired by Kazan's sketch 59 over at 2S4Y:

Each panel has stitching with vintage thread...something that I noticed with my Flashback Friday card is that it didn't have any stitching...I love stitching...if you haven't had a chance to check out some of the posts over on Flashback Friday...you really should...it's been so fun:)

♥♥Feedback please♥♥

I'm thinking of making the dive and buying a Photo Light Tent...any input ladies?!!! Who has a Photo Light Tent out there...I'll be honest, yes I know I can find tuts on DIY Photo Tents but I'm l-a-z-y....don't want to go that route. I want to be able to photog cards and 12 x 12 layouts...I love the crisp white backgrounds...I live in washington state and pretty soon natural sunlight will be slim pickin's for me since I tend to craft in the early morning hours or in the evening...

Here are a couple vaca photos from one of the states we were in...any guesses where it is?

Okay, now how adorable is this chubby Prairie Dog?

Wild horses...

Buffalo...funny thing, after we saw the Buffalo Darin even commented that he knew that I'd remember the Prairie Dog and not the Buffalo....psssstttt....he's right...the Prairie Dog is way cuter:)

LOVE the sunflower fields....this was taken while we were driving...action shot:)

Okay, thanks for making it all the way through this blog post...I'll be back tomorrow with a couple cards and hopefully a layout...I have a ton of catching up to do!!!

Your card is darling! I think you need to make a card with a buffalo on it now, lol. I'm guessing you went to Wyoming.

Really can't help on the photo tent thing...I really don't know anyone who's invested in one!

Your vaca pix are fabulous! Look at those beautiful sceneries and the wild life!! and that sunflower fields... breath taking! I've never seen anything like it. :)

I bought a photo light tent last year and HATE it. That's just me, but I honestly prefer natural lighting and have only used the tent twice (and that was for food photos!).

HI Amy, Hope you enjoyed your vacation, the photos are beautiful! Your card is super cute. As for the light tent. There are all sorts out there. My daughter got one that had a small and a big. She brought over the small one for me to use and it was not as good as what I use. I have not tried the big one. I do know that you talking a lot of money and unless you have an SLR camera with several lense it won't do you any good. E-mail some of the expert card makers, I think Dawn McVey and Kristina Werner shared that with us awhile back. Even in the winter I like the natural light and I use the ISO feature on my camera a lot of the time.
