your friendship warms my heart...

Today's another fun day over here on my blog...it is the Skipping Stones Sassy Snow Release Blog Hop!
(it officially starts at 5 am PST)

You should have hopped over here from Laurel's blog:

If not, you'll want to start at the beginning of the hop which is the Skipping Stones Design Blog!

Here's the FAB sketch by the November Sketch Artist, Shannan Teubner!

We're super happy to announce that the Christopher Pines Etsy shop is sponsoring our hop!

Check out her GREAT stuff...you'll want to leave a comment on each of the blogs for the hop, a random commentor will be drawn from each blog...they will each receive a give-a-way from Christopher Pines!  Commenting will be open until Sunday, November 21st @ 11:59 pm PST with the winner from my blog announced on Tuesday, November 23rd.

Here's my take on the sketch:

Isn't the snowman a-dorable?!  His facial expression screams pure joy...all the patterned paper is from Memory Box {thanks sherry!}...I even paper pieced his mittens and scarf.  The Design Team each received a goodie bag from Christopher Pines...mine was chock full of goodness...the ribbon bloom was part of the packaging....the ribbon is pale yellow VELVET...can you say delish?!

I had so much trim from Christopher Pines to work with...I cranked out another card, a scrapling...

This uses the Snowwoman...haha...at least she looks like a female:)....the velvet ric rac is from Christopher Pines....fun stuff!!!!  You gotta LOVE Skipping Stones Design sentiments...they always crack me up:)  I have been highly neglecting my CB folders so I knew I wanted to use one on this scrapling!  The patterned paper is Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weather {for my Project-A-Day}.

Okay, now hop on over to Tamra's:

Super duper cute!!! Snowman related... I didn't realize this until Drew pointed it out. He said that each time I get a new ornament, I get 1-2 new ones per year... a bit more if they're extra nice, I'd pick up a snowman. He also pointed out that I've already got a lot of snowmen on my tree. So then I looked at my Christmas tree and sure enough, snowmen everywhere. After that I went on a little ornament splurging... hit the after Christmas sale... and got me all sorts of different types. It was so hard though to not grab a snowman!!!! Now I have all sorts of crap :P
