the ghost of christmas present!

Hello Hello!

Although this card looks fairly simple, it took me forever to put it together...

My Jingle Belle's card for the week...

Guest Designer, Clare of miscanthus crafts issued a recipe:

1. white as a ghost
{ugh..I used ivory}

2. a present
{my whimsical present}

3. a bow or knot
{okay, brownie points...I have both}

4. a touch of traditional Christmas colors
{brown & red...those are traditional colors, right?!}

Gotta love embossing...I think it is a wonderful addition for a minimal cost....

I was inspired by the latest Cardabilities sketch:
You'll want to pop over the EAD Designs blog today!

Jenn's being crafty and she might have a 50% coupon code......

Woot Woot...half way through the work week!

Your creations make ME want to be a Jingle Belle!! You're so absolutely right about embossing, for very little money - cause the tools don't have to be replaced {under normal circumstances haha} - the look is divine and impeccable. I'd like for you to know that if it weren't for YOU getting inspiration in all sorts of places, I'd be lacking!!!

Hey, if I/we ever get up to the Seattle area, would it be ok to look you up? Not as a stalker or anything, I'm not very good at stalking, I was born with very little patience, and stalking to me seems like it involves a ton of waiting LOL

Well, it's gorgeous, so it was worth the time! If I were a ghost, I'd dress in ivory, not white, it's more flattering!
